PROJECT

A painter, Gérard Déselaie, travels through the Ecrins, from Champsaur to Valgaudemar up to La Meije, in search of inspiration to paint beautiful watercolors, telling us what the mountains and nature offer him: appeasement, freedom and creativity. After the snow-covered winter, spring arrives with the flora and fauna waking up, the park rangers count the ptarmigan, then in the summer, the farmers shape the landscape through their pastoral and agricultural activities. Tom, his grandson, comes to spend a few days with his grand-father in the mountains.
